Majora’s Mask
One of the darker toned Zelda games, Majora’s Mask is a deeply complex sequel to the highly successful Ocarina of Time. Revolving around a mysterious plot, several “scary” dungeons, and a 3 day time cycle, Majora’s Mask is different to all of the other Zelda games. It retains the graphics of Ocarina of Time, however. A strange Skull Kid steals an ancient, evil filled mask, called Majora’s Mask, from the ‘happy mask salesman,’ and with the power of it, can crush the entirety of Clock Town in the land of Termina within 72 hours. Strangely, in 72 hours, the salesman leaves, escaping from danger. Should you not defeat the evil that lurks upon Termina within those 72 hours, Termina will be destroyed by the moon. Cursed by Majora’s Mask, it is up to Link and his fairy companion to save the land of Termina.
