The Wind Waker
The Wind Waker, the prequel to 2007’s Phantom Hourglass, is a game set in the “Great Sea,” released 2002/2003. Post-apocalyptic Hyrule, the Great Sea, is at threat, once again by Ganondorf. On the birthplace of Outset Island, Link witnesses the kidnapping of his sister and the return of a later-to-be-fellow pirate, Tetra, by a giant bird. Traveling from island to island, solving puzzle to puzzle, and conquering many dungeons, it is Link’s duty to save his sister (Aryll), Zelda, and Hyrule from the evil force that lay on Hyrule.
